1. Email us with your course and location preferences.

2. We will help you choose a suitable institution and send you the entry requirements and academic and enrolment documentation as well as alternatives.

3. Fill in the selected institution's application form (if you need help with your English we are able to assist in completion of the form).

4. Send us back the application form along with the required documents, either by email, fax or post.

5. You will receive a Letter of Offer confirming your enrolment as well as an invoice for your course of choice direct from the institution. This can take anywhere between a couple of days and 8 weeks, the latter, especially in the case of university enrolments.

6. You will pay the amount indicated in the invoice either by international direct deposit into the institution’s bank account or credit card and send English+ Further Study Downunder a copy of the payment. We will then liaise with the institution to make the process as smooth as possible.

7. As soon as the Australian institution receives your payment, you will receive the COE (Confirmation of Enrolment). This acknowledgement is essential when applying for a student visa

8. Depending on your country of origin, you may apply for the student visa online or in person at the closest Australian Embassy or Consulate.

9. When you receive your visa, please send us your visa and flight details. At this stage you need to determine whether or not you would like English + Further Study Downunder to arrange Homestay or alternative accommodation for you and provide airport pick-up. A service fee is charged for accommodation placement and airport pick-up.
